I am a New Zealand artist living and working in Invercargill, the southern most city in New Zealand. I have recently returned home after spending several years in the historic city of Winchester in the south of England.

My work is primarily concerned with aspects of personal identity, whereby I am exploring the facets of interpersonal relationships, sexuality, religion and nationality. I draw from a wide range of sources including art historical narratives, photography, life models and found images, and enjoy the challenge of working across a range of media including sculpture, painting, printmaking and photography.

I studied for my Bachelor of Fine Art at Elam School of Art, University of Auckland and completed my MA Fine Art at Winchester School of Art, University of Southampton in 2008.
